Amazing pics! I bookmarked it so I can check on it often. I really love that pic of Starkiller you modified with your helmet on him .

I think I'll watch ID4 tonight too. I still haven't seen the new one yet, but I've heard mixed reviews on it.

I agree on the materials on the first Vader PF. I was still blown away by them even after how much you hyped them in the past. I don't know exactly what I want in a Vader pose, all I know is neither of the PFs are it.

For me it is the Koto Vader pose with his hands on his belt. Or, that point thing he does when he's scolding an Imperial Officer, LOL!

Thanks! I started taking L-Citriulline Malate, it may be my new favorite supplement. I ordered some knee sleeves for leg day tomorrow since I couldn't find any quality ones at the stores around here.

There are tons of guys at the gym who bench like 3 times a week, but never do legs! Then there's one guy at my gym who does either deadlifts or squats every single day. It's kind of annoying because he gets there right before I do and always has one of the squat racks for like 30 minutes every damn day!

Did you end up seeing the new Independence Day movie?



I always kind of liked the new Vader pose. It would definitely look better if you could put it's head down. It seems like it has an open ended ES so there's no rush to get it.

It's so hard to nail the perfect Vader pose! I still don't know what to do with my HT figure. He's in a very awkward position at the moment.

I saw the new Independence Day movie...they kind of followed what The Force Awakens did. They basically remade the first movie, but made everything bigger, ha. Except it wasn't nearly as enjoyable as TFA. It did set up for what could be an epic third movie if they made it a little more serious.

Speaking of Star Wars, I saw Ep. VIII will be done filming this month. How come we have to wait another 17 months for the movie to come out???

Right on. We ended up seeing Purge Election Year. My kid loves Frank Grillo, so we are going to wait for the BD of ID2. I'm sure it is just as cheesy as the first one, but for me that is the appeal.

Yeah, definitely no need to rush on the Vader PF. That thing will be in stock for at least a couple of years I'm sure. I actually really liked the pose from the 1:3 that Cinemaquette did. That was overall a really awesome piece, but its really hard to come by these days. What movie is your favorite Vader outfit from?

I heard a lot of people say they really left the new Independence Day movie's ending open for another sequel. I heard it isn't doing that great at the box office though, so I don't know if that'll happen. I'll probably just wait for the Blu-ray since I still haven't seen it yet.

I wonder if we'll see a trailer for VIII at Celebration in less than two weeks.

I heard about this. I've always wanted to do a reaction video. I think this will be my first one.

This is the only set of rebirths that I ordered. I'll probably just cherry pick from the next set of #1's. I only ordered this set because I wanted the majority of the #1's that were in it. I'll set some time aside this weekend so I can read a few of them.

Lets see what you got! I like looking at stuff even if I don't collect it. One of my best friends keep trying to get me into the show, I'll probably cave eventually lol.

So here is the first pic of the Jango PF:

It should pair nicely with the new Boba PF. But because of its massive base size its an automatic pass for me.

I just saw a pic of it. I'll be getting it for sure. Curious though why they made the jet pack an EX. Does that mean the EX comes with the extra jet pack or the reg comes with no jet pack at all?

I need to see what Rebirths are coming out this month, I haven't even looked yet.

So they made Killer Croc who is a HUGE character, hunch over so he's only like 18" tall, then they make make Jango who is a normal sized person on top of a giant base so he is 25 inches plus. F'ing Sideshow! LOL. I'm not getting either of them.

Oh man, there is nothing worse than someone doing bicep curls in the squat rack. That's my biggest pet peeve at the gym, especially at my old gym that had only ONE squat rack. The new one has four thankfully. I saw a picture once of a guy doing squats in the preacher curl rack just for payback, I thought it was hilarious.

That would be weird if the regular Jango had no jet pack! So what are you going to do with this guy if he's too big to fit into a Besta?

Ha, that's funny on the sizes, I hadn't even thought of that! They made their last Hulk hunched over too. Even hunched over 18" seems short for Killer Croc...I mean he's not that bent over. Of course I really don't know how big he's supposed to be.

The Koto pose is super simple, but I think it really works.

Also comes with an optional swap out left arm:

Oh! See, I don't even watch Game of Thrones but I still know who Jon Snow is. I knew that sword looked familiar. I'm sure I've seen it in lots of GoT pics online.

I just wish that Sideshow would make the character that are supposed to be huge stand up straight. Its really bad that the smaller character are given huge bases to make the statues look huge, but then when it comes to a big character the give them a small base with a hunched pose. Killer Croc has had a lot of different looks and sizes in the comics, but I always viewed him as tall as Chewbacca at least. Sometimes he's really freaking huge though, and kind of looks like a dinosaur. This looks like he's decent sized, but I think the pose chosen is awkward.

Back when I was collecting Batverse PFs Killer Croc was absolutely dead last on my want list. I don't know what I was expecting from the character, but I do not like the pose here. I would have definitely passed. I'm thinking they're making him because there is a version of him in Suicide Squad and SS is probably hoping to cash in on the hype from the movie.

The Regular just comes with the other one.



Jango is shown a little after the 11 minute mark. After seeing him here, I really, really want this piece! Damn you SS and your stupid big ass bases .

Superman's outfit in Rebirth looks weird with the blue boots. There's no red breaking up any of the color now!

A comic version of Deadshot would have made more sense, but Croc will probably sell better because he's more Batman related . That new Optimus looks amazing! I have mixed feelings on the pose of the new Affleck Batman PF. It might grow on me overtime.

Jango's regular jetpack has a giant missile sticking out of the middle like Boba's, the exclusive one is a more compact jetpack that he uses at the end of the movie. I'll wait to see if he fits in other people's Bestas before I consider ordering him. Price will be a factor too.

Haha! I told you about it a few months back when we were talking supps. The intraworkout drink I take has 1000mg's per serving, and IIRC, you can take 10,000mgs of that a day.

I think it can.

I actually like the second jet pack used later in the film. I don't know the technical differences of the packs, but the EX one just doesn't have the missle launcher. It's just a straight up pack.

I actually like the second jet pack used later in the film. I don't know the technical differences of the packs, but the EX one just doesn't have the missle launcher. It's just a straight up pack.

Oh I hate when people don't put their weights away, especially when there's a tiny girl working at the front desk who has to try to re-rack all their weight when she closes up. One day a guy left 300+ lbs. of weights on all the different benches, I was so annoyed. I also put it all back.

How much do you guys think Jango will cost? And what is your guess on his height?

I'm going to say he's $519.99 and is 25" high.

Did you see the video of Daisy working out on set? She was wearing a pillow case over her hair because apparently her hairstyle for the film is secretive. Ha ha

I'm thinking Jango is going to be a really tight fit in the besta. He's definitely going to be taller than Chewie, might be about the same size as the Tusken Raider, maybe taller.

We'll see what happens for me. I really want a Jango PF, but I'm not 100% crazy about the piece. If I don't have anything else on order when he ships I might pick him up, I actually prefer the regular jetpack, so the EX is not a must this time.

Haha! No, I haven't seen it. I did see a vid of her swinging a lightsaber Anakin style, and she looks in killer shape! What you wanna bet it's similar to Padme's hair style from the arena in AOTC.

I don't. I chase them down. I had one guy actually tell me that him being there was good for business, so he wasn't worried about anyone saying anything. So, every time he went to take a plate off the rack, I'd stand in front of him blocking the plate, and tell him he can get the plates off the bars he left them on.

I was really hoping for a swap out unhelmeted option for the Jango PF. SS did a killer sculpt for their 1:6 Jango, and I would have really loved for them to carry that over for quarter scale. The overall piece looks pretty cool though, but again it isn't necessarily the base or pose I would have wanted.

I should finally have an update for my SW collection next Wednesday, as long as it gets here as scheduled.

I've honestly never tried fitting my Boba into the Besta. I could give it a go if you need a visual aid to see if Jango will fit. He's just sitting on my tv speaker right now.

I'm still on the fence about Jango anyways, so I more than likely will wait for in hand pics before I decide to order or not. I'm honestly hoping there is something better out around then that I wouldn't have limitations on where I could put it.

I absolutely love the look of the 1:6 Jango. I actually had it on order but I cancelled it as soon as reviews came in that said how hard it was to keep his knee and shin pads from falling off. People were actually gluing them on, which is something I don't want to have to do with a $200+ figure.

I think the color looks great. A lot of people don't realize just how purple Jango's outfit really was.I think they saw the first Medicom Jango figure that came out so long ago that was definitely very blue and assumed that must be the color. There are some scenes on Geonosis that you can tell his outfit really is a lavender color. There are other scenes that do make it look a little more blue, but its just the lighting. Its kind of like the Han's jacket that he wore on Hoth and the fans still argue whether it was Blue or Brown lol.

I actually have a couple SW things coming this week. One isn't a collectible at all, but its something I've always wanted to own. The second is a PF.

I also got the Lego UCS Slave 1 a couple of weeks ago. I've wanted to get this thing for about a year and a half now.

I don't collect Lego at all, but I think they are my favorite toys of all-time. I think I'll be in my 60's and will still pick up the occasional Lego set for myself .

The blue does look cooler, but I think its more of what people wanted to see, or think they saw, instead of what was on screen. Just like Han's brown jacket that people think is blue .

You are correct on Jango's color. I found a picture of the costume on display. I've also seen pictures of Han's jacket on display and know that it is actually brown, but it looks blue to me in the movie! They actually sent out a $25 coupon code for the 1/6 Jango today...I was debating it, but think I'll wait and hope Hot Toys eventually makes one. I mean they already made Boba, how hard would it be to make Jango?
