Just made some brats. Definitely one of my all-time favorite summer meals.

I have not seen True Detective, but I have seen the Alexandra Daddario nudes online . That chick has an absolutely epic rack!

I've seen people use fish tanks for their HT 1:6 cars, which work pretty well, but this dude made a totally epic display:



I'm not going to lie, I totally want that.

I have the Darth Maul bank around somewhere. Those were really awesome for the time. I'm sure if I manage to find it, it would probably be dead beyond repair at this point.

That's pretty cool, although I think it needs better lighting. Then again maybe Batman stuff should be displayed in the dark.

I have no idea what happened to my banks, probably thrown in the garbage.

Yeah I didn't realize she was going to nude up in that show, I was pleasantly surprised, ha ha.

Ha ha, no! We already determined from actual pictures of the suit that it's more purple than blue...but I think it looks better as a blue color. So I've decided the only way XM can make their Maul better than Sideshow's is to make him so he pairs up with Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan to recreate the best lightsaber duel ever. If they can make a 3 piece Vader statue then why not that?!

How was everyone's weekend? I hung out with my nephews a lot and also finally watched the first season of True Detective. Pretty good weekend.

Nice! Glad you had a good weekend man. I've heard of the show, but I've got too many shows going on right now, and not only mine but the ones my wife watches too. I did a ton of riding. Maxed out MAUL too racing an R1. Had that tach needle bouncing in the red at 187mph for about 3 seconds. He just couldn't go any faster, but it was enough to beat the R1.

Another way for XM's Maul to be better than Sideshow is to have a better paint app. That trio tho would be super awesome and an absolute must buy.

I had a pretty relaxing weekend, did some grilling which is definitely one of my favorite things to do in the summer. I've got so many TV shows to catch up on, but I just can't get myself motivated to get back into them.

The blue definitely does look better.

Man if XM would do that I have no idea how I could possibly resist that. But I'm sure they'd make the bases all interconnect somehow and I don't know where I could possibly fit something that would be that huge. One big ass piece I wanted was the 1:6 HT Keaton Batmobile, but I never bothered because I couldn't fit it anywhere. I'm assuming I'd have the same issue with a 1:4 diorama set, if they make it so you can display them separately then I'd more than likely go for it.

Man, you can come live with me if you grill alot. I need more of that in my life, lol!

What did you grill up? Have you ever seen True Detective? Alexandra Daddario gets naked...plus it was a great show. Probably won't bother with the second season, haven't heard good things about it.

Yeah those 1:6 vehicles are monsters! I saw a picture of someone with the tumbler, it was crazy how much space it took up. I think XM could make it so the bases hook together, but also make it so they look good on their own. That would definitely be a grail piece if they ever made it! I remember in high school I had the three banks of Maul, Obi, and Qui-Gon that hooked together and would fight each other.

As soon as I read your comment about Alexandra Daddario, I stopped everything and Googled it. I knew that rack would be as epic as I thought. You know how some woman look super hot in clothes, but when they flash the rack it's kinda like, eh, ok. Not this one. That, right there, is the perfect set of boobs I've ever seen. Good for her. Those are something to be seriously proud of.

I usually grill more often than I have this year. I've been kind of slacking. Its something I can enjoy even into the winter months sometimes if its not blizzarding outside, but maybe I'm just getting old and lazy lol.

Sideshow has been really inconsistent lately about when they put up preview pics. They might go up today or tomorrow morning, who knows. Speaking of Sideshow, they just sent me this e-mail about my PF Lex Luthor:

We originally expected delivery of this item into our warehouse Nov 2016 - Jan 2017. However, with the updated information provided to us by our production team, this item is expected to arrive Oct - Nov 2017.

That's basically a full year delay!

I used to look forward to Tuesdays when a piece I was interested in was coming that week so I could at least see the pics and the price so I could think about whether I wanted to preorder or not over a couple of days. I guess since they don't even announce the ES for a couple months after a piece goes up now they probably figure its pointless to give people the extra couple of days to think about it.

No I'm pretty sure it means exactly what it says unfortunately. Oh well I have like no flex payments this next month because everything is delayed so I guess there's a silver lining. On the flip side it sounds like the PF Sandtrooper is shipping early.

I haven't grilled at all this summer. Talk about slacking. No one has complained though which is surprising. We all just have too much going on I guess. I'm going to this weekend though. Just to get one in before Summer really ends.

It was fun, scary, insane, and blissful all at the same time.

Yeah, once the phone is unlocked, there it is. I had to move the icons around so I could see the goodies. Can't see it when the phone is locked though.

It's not something I do all the time. It was just the right moment. Long stretch on the freeway, no cars, no debris, calm weather, and I really wanted to beat a superior machine.

It probably is the same place they sent Darkseid. I really hope they learn their lesson this time and move any pieces they were planning to make at the old place to the new one.

I should have been saving all of my money back when I was complaining that there was no product because I need it now lol. Maybe Disney finally got on their ass for nearly abandoning the license for so long. If they do a Director Krennic I will almost certainly get him. I'll be waiting to see the movie before I decide on the death trooper. I really like the design of them, but I have so many pieces already that are black or really dark, I don't know if I want more. I already got Kylo coming which is another all black one.

Hmm... I'm actually considering this now. For today's prices this isn't bad, plus free shipping. I really love the detailed mixed media outfit, and I actually really love the details on the base now that I see them up close in pics. I'm not in love with the pose, but it works pretty well with the slanted base. The one thing thats still holding me back is the size of this thing, but still the more I look at it the more I like it. I think I'm going to wait and see how Rey turns out, or wait to see if anything else comes out before this starts shipping that I want my funds going toward instead. If not I may actually get this.

I think this looks f'ing badass!!!! But, I'm moving away from this type of statue. Saw that Jango is up too. I want him bad, but SS seemed to take the lazy approach to this almost mirroring Boba. Sadly, I'll be passing on both.
