I am super excited for the douchebag spoiler people!

I know what Superman pieces I want, someone just actually has to make them! I'm hoping from Prime 1 that I get a 1:3 Jim Lee, Kingdom Come, and Reeve Superman! Then I'm hoping Iron Studios does a 1:3. As far as stuff that's out right now, I basically just need to track down a Reeve and Cavill Hot Toys figure. There are a couple DC Comics statues I might get too. I haven't decided on Doomsday, I don't want a single 1:3 villain if there won't be anymore.

I love those vintage card backs. Like I said, that was the closest I ever came to getting back into Star Wars figures. They are great for keeping them in the package collectors. Ha, I'm glad you came around on Jyn's head sculpt! Someone posted the process of people reacting to Hot Toys figures, I think you reached the last stage.

I just want some original stories and good movies! I couldn't care less who the director is as long as he can deliver on that. I'm guessing we're going to have the First Order hunting Finn like the Empire was hunting Han and we'll get Jyn training with Luke like Luke training with Yoda...then we'll get Jyn running off to save her friends and she'll probably getting a limb cut off in the end. Or Luke will show up in the end to save her and they'll kill him off. My inner child won't be able to handle seeing Luke die.

I really hope Iron Studios does a 1:3 Supes. I'm pretty sure Prime 1 will make all three of the ones you want. That Doomsday is going to be hard to pass on I think. I know you want more villains but this one will look so epic next to Supes. By the way they teased their Hush Batman this morning :

I love the look of the New Vintage cardbacks but since I never collected any of the real original vintage figures they didn't have the same nostalgic value to me as it did with other collectors. Thats probably why I haven't bought the 40th Anniversary Early Bird Vader yet. But I do love all the vintage designs and I do still want them. But getting back into the PotF figs will definitely be the most nostalgic for me .

Ha! I saw that post. I am that way sometimes, but other times there is a figure I think really doesn't look good while others are going ape s*** over, like the new Wonder Woman HT. I don't think that looks lile Gal at all. I also have to admit I just watched Rogue One again on Sunday which really pushed me into wanting to get a Jyn.

And there will probably another thing in this movie which you luckily haven't seen the spoiler for yet. Its yet another reason why I think they are just remaking Empire. They'll probably wait till IX to kill off Luke.

I actually agree that the HT Wonder Woman is bad. I don't like that rooted hair and it doesn't really look like her. The training version with the sculpted hair pulled back into the ponytail looks waaaaay better.

Rogue One is so good! I didn't like it more than TFA at first, but I definitely would rank it ahead of it now. You definitely need a Jyn! Maybe the deluxe HT can be your one HT figure. I still need to order that one. Probably won't be able to until next month though. I definitely think I'm going for the deluxe version. I passed on the deluxe versions of Chirrut and the Death Trooper, but this one with the extra rain gear I like.

They better not be remaking Empire. You can't rip on the prequels then come out with a trilogy that has zero originality. What kind of artist would do that? Luke deserves to die like Yoda did.

He ended up buying one and they were legit...now he has it listed in the For Sale forum for $425.

He ended up buying one and they were legit...now he has it listed in the For Sale forum for $425.

That would be great, but that's kind of why I wish they would have started the ST back when they started the Prequels instead. The Big 3 were still so young looking back then, they could have easily squeezed 2 trilogies out of everyone. Now there is a big gaping hole in between VI and VII, that could have fit an entire trilogy in there to explain everything that happened. Then they could have started another trilogy not too long after that with Luke training a Jedi Academy. There will always be a part of me that's a little bummed they waited so long to get this going, everyone is so old looking and now Carrie is already gone.

Plus imagine how different they would have been since George would have still been making them too! So what is going to happen now that Disney owns the property? Are they going to jump straight into episodes 10-12 almost immediately? I can't imagine those actors are going to want to make nothing but Star Wars movies. Hopefully they finally smarten up and give us the Old Republic movies we deserve!

I've totally been in the action figure section a lot lately, but mainly because I've been reading the Black Series thread . I've had a couple Hot Toys before so I know how they are, and I do think they are pretty cool but I just get the feeling the only way I'd be truly happy with those is with a whole bunch of them. I don't know maybe if she's still around after I pay off my Arkham Batman I might consider her. I'm also thinking about getting that Vader and Tarkin 2-pack.

They were in such good shape back then. Plus if they would have been in SW since then they would have taken better care of themselves, maybe Carrie would even still be alive. I've got a feeling they will get to 10-12 pretty quickly. Especially if 9 is received well. But as far as spinoffs go, the SW Universe is definitely getting smaller. Everything they are planning is set right before ANH. They are terrified to try something new. If they ever get the balls to do an Old Republic thing it will more than likely be some kind of TV show first (probably a cartoon). Then if it does well they'll consider a movie.

How dare you! Wedge is the greatest, ha. Can you name another pilot who survived fighting both Death Stars? I think not! Although I am still disappointed the actor didn't want to come back for the new movies. I'm sure you could find a Death Trooper Specialist for retail or below if you looked around. The only thing I don't like about that figure is his helmet is so small, he looks a little funny next to all the other troopers.

I'd like to say that I haven't lost a NRD recently, but I can't back that statement up. Usually if you just wait for the inevitable delay and cancel they have to refund you fully. I just have to be better about not getting caught up in hype! I'm pretty sure there's been a few instances (after Iron Man 2 and The Force Awakens) where I ordered figures right after leaving the movie theater. That's why Hot Toys is smart having products available to buy when the movie comes out.

I just watched a little Sideshow Live thing that popped up and they showed off a lightup feature they added to Thanos. The gauntlet is freaking huge! This piece will be massive! I think you actually are going to be very happy you ordered it.

My Death Star Gunner and K-2SO are both sitting at the UPS store waiting for me to pick them up! I think I'm going to skip the gym after work and go get them. The Death Star Gunner is going to be the centerpiece on my dining room table. He is the greatest character of all time and needs to be seen every day!

My brother told me that my nephew is having a heck of a time putting together that F.O. walker set I got him so maybe don't get that one, ha. Are you going to get Kylo's ship?

I can't imagine they are worried about that, but maybe. It seems like I saw that Thor trailer forever ago and we still don't have a TLJ one, it's so annoying.

I just watched a little Sideshow Live thing that popped up and they showed off a lightup feature they added to Thanos. The gauntlet is freaking huge! This piece will be massive! I think you actually are going to be very happy you ordered it.

My Death Star Gunner and K-2SO are both sitting at the UPS store waiting for me to pick them up! I think I'm going to skip the gym after work and go get them. The Death Star Gunner is going to be the centerpiece on my dining room table. He is the greatest character of all time and needs to be seen every day!

My brother told me that my nephew is having a heck of a time putting together that F.O. walker set I got him so maybe don't get that one, ha. Are you going to get Kylo's ship?

I can't imagine they are worried about that, but maybe. It seems like I saw that Thor trailer forever ago and we still don't have a TLJ one, it's so annoying.

Star Wars toys are way more important! The Death Star Gunner should really be the center piece of everyone's collection. I realize now how wrong I was, I must drop everything and order this figure!

Ha! That seemed like a really deluxe set. I'd like to get Kylo's ship but I think I'm going to do what I've heard others are doing which is put the item in your shopping cart and then walk around the store for a half hour or so debating if you really need it or not. I've gotta think do I want to pay $80 for that or do I want to put that $80 towards something I'd order from SS.

I can't either, unless that movie isn't tracking how they hoped it would. I really can't figure out any other reason why they wouldn't release it other than if they do it could hurt sales on something else they have. Whatever the reason is its ridiculous.

Yes, you need the HT Death Star Gunner! No collection is complete without one.

$80 is a lot to spend on a Lego, I couldn't do it. You should track down this cheaper one instead.

I still have 4 payments left after this month's. January is the last one...which will probably get pushed to April at least.
