a while from now ... I first have to see if there is enough interest to meet min. order qty requirement ... then if so, i try to work the deal and collect payment and then ultimately ship later and collect shipping payment at time of shipment.

So even when I say i need payment, there can be a 2 week window for a person to make payment ... i just ask that you be sure u want the qty your asking for cause if qty's get decreased a whole lot then it might affect pricing etc.
