Hmm..i ordered several times from hdzeta (only use for my cc) and shortly after that my cc had payments i never made (happened with 3 credit cards). Each time you have to go to the police. Only then the bank/ cc company will refund it. I don't blame hdzeta, don't get me wrong, but no cc for me anymore. Too risky for me

yeah i am covered..but got a lot of trouble including getting a new cc number..
i already know about 5 people who got the same problem with this site..

This should be plastered in bright red at the top of every single HD Zeta thread to warn members not to trust that website (I do blame them, they're worthless if they let this happen/are such an easy target).

A few members on here clearly got in trouble for buying on HD Zeta, it's a pattern, everyone should know about it whenever clicking on a HD Zeta thread. I certainly wouldn't have bought anything from them, had I known this was a recurring scam which happened to multiple people.

HD Zeta very much seems like a fraudulent company, because this is what they advertise during payment:

It's clearly NOT secure, and it's shameful that they don't offer the possibility to use PayPal, especially considering these issues.

I've had 3: two in 2015, and one in 2016; no issues. They even re-sent me an insert book that arrived scratched.

But now I'm wondering if I need to be paranoid on future purchases now

Just checked my credit card statement....£97 for the box set. Quite happy with that in all honesty, especially when one of the versions cost over £40!

I ordered direct and it was under £40

Came to £37.00

But that price for the box is very good, wouldn't personally help me as I'm not as big on the film like some but that is a decent price

They have great products no doubt but not sending out any email confirmation of orders is very unusual.
I've only placed 3 so far but they've gone through on Visa without any issues.

Because i got some pn:
I did not accuse HDZeta to be guilty of my credit card problems.
Most of the people have no problems.
I only said that i ordered 3 times from HDZeta and somehow my credit card was used for several additional purchases (not by HDZeta). Total >1000 €. Police told me they could retrace it back to China. But not who was responsible. So i decided for myself that i dont buy with credit cards anymore. Thats it.

Had some issues trying to order Mad Max Black & Chrome, bank blocked the purchase for suspicious activity. Turns out there was nothing wrong on HDzeta's part and I managed to order their LA Confidential release just this past Friday with no issues. While I ordered Sucker Punch from the GB I think I'll be using their webstore in the future. Thanks @wxlinkswd for helping me out! He talked with me for weeks to get things straightened out. A stand up guy if I ever saw one.
