Awesome! Is there any inside artwork?
Can't you guys just buy a pristine / mint copy from the store...then do a refund using the ugly one they mailed you? I usually do a online buy to make sure I get a copy but when I receive it damaged I just go a buy one from the store (ofcourse it should still be available and not sold out)...just wondering...
^^^ hey, the shipping is about $5.50 CAD per steelbook to Canada with HMV UK so its actually quite reasonable. They won't combine shipping though. Its $5 per steel no matter how many you order in one order.
^^^ HMV UK... can't just walk to UK from Canada and buy, lol. Hence the online order.
Couple of problems with that in the UK, first one is sometimes the price in store is more then on the website (most of the time actually), secondly HMV in store puts security tape around there steelbooks and sometimes when you try and take it off it rips open the steelbook so for collectors who dont open them its a no no lol.
All of us who didn't get it today should complain to HMV then they might start sending out on a Wednesday again rather than Thursday

I'm never that confident opening boxes and go soooo slow just in case - guess you have a lot of experience opening up the steelbook packages

you should burn that Karate Kid one.. such a bastardization if a great film series... well the first and second Karate Kid movies were awesome.. he doens't even do Karate!!

No worries Blayze, I just got my Cpt America today. I bummin too, but I am more anxious than worried. Never been let down by HMV before. I have ordered over 15 steels from them.

how long does it usually take from ship date to receiving it?
I also threw an order in for Thor and Capt. America the other day thanks to those HMV gift cards

It usually takes 14 days, mine was right on, they shipped on the 5th. I should be getting Super 8 12/22

Good to see you on here buddy. I registered a while ago, but your video made me think it was about time I actually started posting and getting to know the community.
Anyway, this is a great steelbook! Shame about that barcode though.
Finally got mine safe and sound. I really like the steelbook. Its actually a pretty unique design from all the other steel books out there. Unlike many which thought the movie was just okay or not that great... I LOVED the movie and thought it was a pretty fresh take on cinema so Im really happy that the steelbook is very nice as well to go along with the movie.
