Agreed, but I managed to get it for £26 less from HMV anyway as the 20% friend's referral code worked on the pre-order (somewhat surprisingly), so I'm very happy about that! I also managed to get the latest Doctor Who blu-ray collection set for £10 less at the same time as well!They look good in all fairness. The sets is still priced £30 too much for my liking. I will wait for the inevitable sale and with 13k to get through I can't see it being that far off.

My set arrived safe and sound on Monday from HMV. They didn't leave it in the WB white box as others have stated Amazon have done. Instead, it was wrapped in brown paper, then placed in a much larger box, with more brown paper as padding in the rest of the box so it didn't move around. Although it was placed in one corner of the box rather than in the middle, which I would have thought would have been better. But it survived anyway, which was the main thing.

If you contacted Warner USA Customer service they don't always reply but some customers in USA still got replacement discs shipped even though some did not get a reply from warner usa
As long as you included a copy of the invoice from retailer you purchased from and photos as proof of purchase you should be OK
It took a while for them to get back to me…around 10 days or so… but when they did they told me they could offer me replacement discs and I was asked to confirm that was acceptable. Once I’d confirmed that was ok (as that was the whole reason for contacting them in the first place) they then replied to state the replacement discs would be sent out within 1-2 weeks.Contacted them 1 month ago, 2 weeks ago and last week. Complete silence.

I forgot to put the image of the actual items.
