Target and not honoring shelf prices.
This past Tuesday my wife and I went in to our local Target to purchase a few things. I decided to go back and browse the movies as I always do. And low and behold they the Back to the Future Trilogy marked for $19.99 on blu ray, so I grab a copy to purchase because I know that's one heck of a deal. When we get up front it does not ring up for the $19.99 as stated on the label below te movie. One of the managers and I go back to verify that in fact the barcodes matched, and thy did!! So we go up front and they manager on duty refuses to honor the price and told me too bad!
I went in today to talk to the store manager and she told me the same thing!!
I think it's crap but what does HDN think?

I have heard of similar stories, but it varies by store. As a courtesy the manager can over ride prices, but in this instance, if they discovered it was an error (eventhough the sticker said $19.99), perhaps they have the right to not honor the price....
