My order from the 20th for 2x DL's (one for me, one for a bud ) was refunded as the merchant didn't accept the payment in time apparently (this was 29/12). Contacted FA immediately after and haven't received a reply, just a computer generated email saying that I can continuously track my order via this link in my customer account, and thanks for the payment on the 20th Twice they've sent that now but no other resolution WTF !

That's interesting as I too noticed the pending payment on my account which then disappeared, I just thought happy days they wont be charging me after all until shipment. I too have had the same email more than once advising how to track my order (obviously there's nothing to track yet). Certainly suits me for FA not to take payment till Feb so I'm just going to leave it as it is for the time being and query it with them if it's not shipped once released

Dear collectors,

we kindly inform you that tuning both exclusive SteelBooks T2 took very much time, we succeeded with the embossing tools in the third attempt, but they were absolutely worth it.

Now we would like to inform you that we need to check them and complete them and it will take us 2 - 3 more weeks.

looks like just debossing technically. The border is the same level as the bike or endoskeleton. But its both sides which is nice and it almost appears like a unique texture on the steel as well in some areas

You might be right. I thought the clutch lever looked to be more embossed than the embossed border. Wishful thinking maybe lol
