I managed to create a "cash" order when I used the browser's Back-button in the middle of creating an order to correct my typo in the delivery address. The order processing went into some sort of error after that, but the cash order remained in my account's order list.

It was gone this morning, whether timed out or removed manually, I don't know.

Looks like an order is created in the database early on (maybe already when you put an item into the cart?), and it stays there for a while, even if you don't complete checkout.

If you put an order in your cart and then fail to complete checkout, it will show in your order section but will not be a completed order. Tony will then have to manually remove this himself from your account .
The order is created but not confirmed as payment has not been completed. ;)

This is the reason why the item can look OOS and then come back later.

I wonder how many people have done it thinking they've secured a copy? I know I did it when I placed my order all those weeks ago. Luckily I noticed and ordered again. I hope no-one is going to end up disappointed when these are finally delivered and their copy doesn't arrive.

Guys, just check your order's status. If you see "입금확인" in the status column, you're good to go. That pretty much means your payment was confirmed.

Based on my own experience, you get an actual confirmation email from KimchiDVD as soon as your payment goes through. However, given the nature of this particular business, it may take a little while.

If you have concerns, just send Tony an email. He'll get back to you as soon as he's able to do so.

I ordered a copy in end of March and paid but its not shown in my account. I even have the email to say its ordered and paid. Will be sending them an email about this.

Nope, as soon as they process your order, you'll get the confirmation email, and the status will change.

If you have made 10 orders since then, it won't show up in your order history. Their system doesn't hang on to past orders for as long as we'd like it to. You're fine, Sunny. :)

mine says the same us yours they have taken money from my paypal account so if they don`t send i will open a claim against them.

I haven't made 10 orders since then. The only orders I've made with this company is RE Retribution last year, T2 in March, and another T2 order on the end of April when it came back in stock again. All the order history I have is RE and T2 in April.

Well I have emailed then, interested to see what they say about this. Fortunately it was good I remembered about this March order.

I suggested the 10 order display thing to Tony but he didn't seem to think that was the issue. I'm wondering if it's perhaps something to do with the title being amended and altered so that the cross-indexing isn't working properly on the database any more.

In any case, if you've paid and you got the email confirmation, you should be good to go.

My paypal was charged and the only email I got was when I placed the order. Nothing else regarding payment :(

Thats all i have got, i only have 1 email... :dunno:

I wouldn't worry. If your PayPal payment went through you will be fine. I don't always get the email confirmation from Tony when I order because of the time difference. But it always arrives by the next day!! :D

I found that the best way to see if the order has gone through, is to click onto 'My Account', then to click once on the 'cancel/Refund' link on the left hand side of the screen. You should see details of all your order details in the middle of your browser screen. I'd advise using Chrome if you can, as that will translate most of the writing for you.

There are 6 main headings :

Order No.|Order Date|Payments|Payment Method|Order Status|Cancel

The one that you're mostly interested in is the 5th one along 주문상태 which translates to 'Order Status', under which it should say either 'confirmation of payment' or 'Receipt of order' the former means everything has gone through and you should be ok, whilst the latter means that the order is going through the process of being confirmed (but should also be ok as well).

Looking at the 'Your order' link is misleading as it will show you ALL of your order history, which also includes all failed orders and half completed orders as well as completed orders. If the payment has gone through 100% and you did it via 'PayPal' it should show as 'Paypal' but I don't think this always happens, this has to be a glitch.

As others have said already this is probably the prime example why the product is jumping in and out of availability, not because there is more than the stated amount but because so many people are having problems with the cart system (which could have been designed better) and because of the language barrier, which is made worse if you don't use a browser that can translate.
 
I grabbed a second one just in case, cannot risk getting anything less than an absolutely mint copy. This will easily be one of my most prized pieces.
