It's just Zavvi's system; the button can only list 'pre-order', 'order' or 'sold out'. However, until the steelbook is live for pre-order, Zavvi simply display it as sold out. Also, they list something as sold out when it has actually sold out, although sold out could also mean not sold out, depending on whether they have chosen to keep some back in order to jack up interest levels at a later date, when mysteriously a previously sold out item reappears in 'limited quantities'. Hope that's clear!
