there is no guarantee of today, wish nothing had been said at all been better off not announcing anything till all the info had been gathered and then say at this day and this time the gb live.
instead of all this rubbish and all because last 2 version group buy people jumped on the first one and then wanted to change afterward.
i can understand karel not wanting extra work but he is creating another pain in the bum for the rest of us as it stands!
rules should be have been made clear you jump on this one you must stick with it end of story OR they tell no one nothing and announce a date and time when all info gathered and save this 'soon' because we all at the mercy of film arena and other companies get there act together which we all know can take a lifetime and for me is no fun in that at all!
how many people have wasted there weekend because of this soon business???????????????????

personally thinking about it, i would prefer if @carllenc @Collector03601
just did every groupbuys open on a sat or sunday at say 6pm giving everyone a chance that works or had been out shopping for the day as well and it would not make a huge difference and give him better chance to get all infos together before releasing it!
that way people would know what to expect and when, which would be miles better
it would cut down on alot of the tension that builds up with when is it going to happen and make his own life easier without recieving loads of extra pms, which he doesn't need i would have thought.

That's not always feasible or practical @Basil for various reasons. They can ask for whatever timing they want, that still doesn't mean the GB can be opened at X time as it depends on the trade mods' availability, who, believe it or not, have lives outside of the forums. 
Furthermore, let's not forget that both @carllenc and @Collector03601 are doing their best by hosting the group buy in the first place so let's give them some leeway as to when they can actually get around to prepare it, which again depends on certain information that has not yet been provided by the retailer.
Also, not picking on you personally, just a general statement:
Plans change all the time, people need to accept that and move on, as there are other priorities in life. This sense of entitlement that some seem to have, needs to be toned down.
