I got a call from home that several packages came today and one of them from Amazon was damaged Rushed home for lunch and checked on the package and found no internal damages. I guess that new packaging worked this time. But why let the package sit so long in some holding tank/warehouse?

Cancelled my Spiderman Trilogy (ordered them together), so my Avengers 3D at €24.99 from the last round get dispatched.

I totally forgot to mention how awesome this steelbook really is. I really like it a lot. I especially like the faces on the spine.

Just got mine today and I was thinking the same too. It didn't look too appealing in the pictures but it looks way better in reality.

I got mine in today. It's amazing that it wasn't damaged though. I couldn't pull the box out of the mailbox. The stupid postman somehow (I have no idea how) managed to shove the box into the mailbox without actually damaging the box but it was wedged in there in such a way that I had to eventually cut the box open, slip the steelbook out and then mutilate the box in order to remove it from the mailbox. Fracken postman from hell! Steelbook was in perfect condition though.

If only someone had videoed you - what a youtube steelbook clip that would have been ;-)

Are you using the tracking number Amazon Germany gave you ?- I am not getting any sense at all from they one they gave me

I just check the tracking status on the Amazon.de site - in the order summary page. It is the large yellow button that says "Lieferung verfolgen."

Has anyone else seen any issues with this SB? I got one today that looked fine, but when I looked at the spine there is a slice vertically down the spine. Looks like a box cutter slice, but it is not straight and goes almost top to bottom. I've seen the horizontal straight slices (The Town), but never like this. The only reason I noticed is because the shrink was torn/sliced, so I inspected more. I looked at my other copy,the slice looks almost identical to where the shrink connects on the spine.

As far as I know, everybody has this scene

I am sure the scene is all the blu ray releases.
i was excited because in Germany the movie came out before the states and the schwarma scene was shot after the International release and as a treat for the american fans .. so we didnt get to see it theatrically because well it was the USA .. I remember RDJ sayin it was a great time .. everyone in costume after a long time ...it was a surprise for the cast to.

At the very end of the bonus disc they go back to the schwarma scene .... while it doesnt last very long .. maybe 5-10 seconds it is however a different camera angle so thats kinda cool.
