It is NOT B locked, I just tested the 2D disc on region A and worked fine, although the disc does say B. The 3D disc is labelled A B C. It is Paramount after all.

Cheers mate. Typical of Disney to misprint Region coding. Thought it was prevalent in the EU release but looks like the bug spread to Australia.
