I expected this to be sold out in about 2 to 5 hours max
Considering the other 2000 limited releases sold out quicker

If there was any bulk orders they will be canceled and put back live for sale at some stage

i know some people want 2k for every release but i would rather not have a mad rush every single time...every now and again is fine. but everyone would get annoying quick

I totally disagree with this, this is an awesome idea to have 2K print runs, remember couple months ago when almost everybody was a little disappointed with the "invasion" of steelbooks from Zavvi? People said that because of so many titles being released the "value" of the steelbooks will decrease.
And they were right, but now with the 2K releases at least we have the low print run factor.

It's already a rip off at £16.99 for an old film but rip off or not people are happy to pay it so price increases could be on the way soon.

But weren't we told last year that when a steelbook is commissioned to be made, that a minimum order of 4000 had to be made for it to be produced? If so, where are the other 2000 going?

Maybe the 4K minimum requirement is no more, to me it always did seem like a high number to produce for catalogue titles.
