I just watched this last night, and the video quality is 100% better than the DVD, the PQ isn't perfect, but I don't think it is meant to be perfect for those of you that are looking for a better PQ.

Does anyone know if all 3 releases are the same transfer?

I don't have blu-ray drive on my PC, so can't check the file dates on the UK version, but I would be very surprised if all three versions didn't use the same transfer.

Got mine this morning, slight tear in the actual book (bloody Play) but not too bad. Very bulky for just two discs but overall great, have to watch tonight .....

Certainly the Warner editions are. The only part in French is a repetition of the English text printed on the removable paper back sheet that Warner and others place outside the back cover.

I know I bought Outlaw Josey Wales from amazon.ca and it was the exact same version as USA ... just a lot cheaper.

If you have an old DVD you want to get rid of, bring it into Best Buy and get $5 off towards this. Comes to $14.99 + tax. Picked it up yesterday and really like this digibook with the metallic finish and embossed lettering and bowling ball.
