Wreck was curious if the "triangle trick" would work with this disc - a couple of TF1 region locked discs in France were still able to play by pressing that button at sometime during load.

Not sure that it would happen with this disc though...

Love my copy... the book inside is very cool (although it's in German so you may need to use a translation software to read it) and the inside artwork looks great as well. Easily one of my favorites since I began collecting.

N3wk1d, Europe had some really bad weather so it's possible it's delayed. If it is past the delivery date contact amazon.de or your retailer and see if they can track it down.

The closest we have come so far is the disc released in Japan. You can play that as it is the same region as the US / Canada.

region free bd player? got them at my walmart for like $88 or somethin (haven't needed one yet,,) ,, think it may be a cheaper option then importing japanese version (assuming you will get use out of the region free player for other stuff of course)

Depends, I guess - the Japanese version will run you about $50 or so - but for only a little more you can get a player that can player other region b discs.
