Honestly, I receive Zavvi stuff to the USA and rarely if ever have shipping damage. If there's any damage, it's usually manufacturing. But the little white boxes are just enough. Unless of course it gets run over.

I'm still figuring out how could this really be happening GT, but I don't think it happened at UK Zavvi, or else I don't think they'd ship the parcels (plural cause I've got The Departed all damaged the same way ) out in the first place (cause they're too damage), it must be happening here... Thai postal always has bad reputation of handling packages I think they must have dropped them on the way... jeez.. is this really happening to me?... LOL (with even more tears...)

Had to buy one of ebay...copy from zavvi never showed up.
Last few orders came with incomplete address labels...sent them on a photo of the labels and they said there is nothing they can do???? So zavvi is no good to me now.

Yeah...unreal. They said they would send on my email to the stores dept but that's a ll they could do. It's weird because I'm using zavvi for years and all of a sudden they start messing up my address.

Going by Zavvi's reputation, I was forced to buy 2 copies. Both arrived with paint chips

It's unfortunate it is now sold out. Might return just one and get a partial refund on the other.

Lets hope someone like Mondo, Nova, Kimchi, or Plain Archive can pull one off better.

It is really odd that I live half way across the world and I have better luck getting my Steelbooks from Zavvi intact than many of you poor UK blokes do.
