I have checked my tracking number with DHL and it says

Shipment held - Available upon receipt of payment

Invoice time unfortunately, give them a call and either pay over the phone and collect like I did or just ask to deliver (normally next day delivery), how many you ordered if you don't mind me asking?

mine was jus delivered by DHL driver just asked for a signature.

the parcel was opened but amazon inner packaging still intact.

waiting for the dreaded invoice customs to pay letter thru the post now...

Just paid online it came to £28.88 for 5 steelbooks not bad at all

I agree and less the hassle going through US friend route to the UK, this way they all arrived in no time and in mint condition

yea if it works out im paying 50 quid customs then each steelie would cost me 25 pounds...which is very decent.

And to think I was tempted to but them at £50 a shot on ebay. Glad I changed my mind. But still have to wait for DHL to pull their socks up and release my parcel, even though I have paid the customs charge it still says waiting for payment. I have read online it could take 2 days for them to process the payment before sending it out for delivery?

I couldn't wait I called them up, found out where how much I owe and where the parcel at then drove paid and picked it up, luckily it was about 20mins drive from work

Mine still has not been altered from Shipment held - Available upon receipt of payment

Sent them an email asking how long it will take before they put them out for delivery.
Think it would have been easier just going to the depot
