I got my copy in the mail today and there was a dent on it.
Send an email to their customer service as soon as you can describing the damage, and if there are will be still any pieces in stock, then amazon.jp will send you a second copy for sure (and if you are from Europe then this damaged one you will not even have to return them) However, if this steelbook will be already OOS when they consider your e-mail I am sure that then they will pay you a refund.
After holding out for a while, I finally pulled the trigger on this and Blade Runner. I figured that paying $50 shipped will be much better than paying twice or three times that. Now just to get Batman Begins and I'm set. That one is going to be a tad more difficult to obtain unfortunately. Crossing my fingers it turns up mint.
I think you made the right choice and getting Blade Runner was a good choice, too. Once the hype machine gets rolling on the new Blade Runner movie, there's a good chance that one takes a nice upturn in value as well. Hopefully the new UK version will be different, maybe a banner or something.

To me it honestly seems like some of the guys here are waiting for it to go OOS so they can sell their extras for a higher price.
But I think it's good that people are making a countdown for this, so people who don't have it yet, can buy it now. If you don't buy it now, you're gonna have to pay alot more for it in the future.

Yeah you wanna double check, a lot of Japansese ebay sellers dont mark it down as a 'gift'. Its the full declared value.
If you order from amazon.jpn its about £10 for one of the white steelbooks. If you ordered more steelz it wont be much more.

i had the same when i ordered from canada. the price was all included. it was £7.50 for my canadian charge.
Can't be as the RM handling fee is £8 on it's own.
If shipped by DHL, their fee is much lower (think it's like £2 or something)
