Is the only reason Asian steels are generally holy grail editions due to the slips?
It's hard for me to justify the cost and the additional customs charges
yeah and the shipping as well, but you might regret it if this goes OOP quick and the steel is then listed on ebay for over £100. It's all about which one is 'rarer' and gonna be hard to find and expensive.

Pretty much the slips but possibly the low number for distribution among the various Asian countries.
You may have a point there chip. Avengers had the success (and then some), which they had hoped for this and they want to get back at Avengers any way they can.
Japan did not have any steelbook or VMB release of the Avengers that I know of. Heck I don't even think Japan has ever released any VMB title, has it?
itll be large everywhere ... the TDK steel or metal to get will be that of one that comes with a good slip or full slipcover.
. Yes, I know JSDVD hasn't listed it yet, but it's inevitable.This is a nice release and will be packed together im sure ... so itll be a good choice for many. Like that Jaws steelbook

What about postage? DO they bundle all items together? Or do you pay for separate postage?
Not too concerned about the no show of white artwork as I am sure Warner will re-release this twice or thrice in an year or two.
