Yep Group the items, that's what I do, otherwise the shipping is going to be small expensive if they are going to dispatch items individually that are available.

Since I haven't ordered before from amazon.jp, can anyone tell me the shipping methods they use (for Europe)?

For example, are the options the same, standard, expedited, courier?

If I use standard or expedited do the use regular post or courier?

If there is a thread regarding these issues, please point the location to me. Thanx in advance for any aswer!

amazon japan isn't flat rate shipping. Each additional blu-ray is 300 yen. So I'm not sure how much the base amount for shipping is to UK, but to the US it's 2000 yen. So if you buy 4 blu-rays, shipping is 2900 yen.
 
Strange. For me its always been the same. It's an extra 300 yen for gift wrapping but even so when I converted the final price (with customs taken into account) it's still way way off £300.

Customs + DHL Admin Fee ~20% of total

If a second SB is added, the shipping cost is an extra 300 Yen, so it's worth whacking in additional items.

It comes to $90+ shipped to the US and using Gift Wrap Option on top of that. It's either this or the German release, I can't have both.

Well I figured the Gift wrap option would've helped me out on that. Also if I ordered other steelbooks along with DKR wouldn't they ship it out seperately even if I selected "ship products together as much as possible". I've had this happen numerous times through Amazon.com & Amazon.de as well. Inception would be the only other SB i'm interested in.
