If the US GB is cancelled I don't see how NM would honor this as well. I went ahead and joined in on both MB GB's just in case though.

Not sure, but it says November in the op. Strange that they release #4 before #3, could have to wait till after GOTG pre-order, thats live on the 4th December, not sure though just speculating it will be after that.
