Thanks for the post SYKES. Yesasia is shipping December 14th instead of November 30th probably because YesAsia is based in Hong Kong and needs to wait for the actual release to resell it.

Don't have the dimensions of the notebook anymore but I remember it being bigger than the steelbook. It will most likely be outside the shrink wrap packaged separately.

In Prometheus case it was said in the add of the OP but I don't think it was limited to 800 copies.

In this case I don't have any idea how to figure out, the only thing I know is that they go Oos pretty fast

I've never been stung by customs with them (touch wood) and every time I've asked for a box or extra packing they do it. I've had no issues with them.
