After reading all your guys comments on the paint chip, its kind a makes me worried that all my 40pcs that I send out are the same.
With the plastic sealed, reflection from lights and the rain drop design and patterns.
It's really hard for me to identify if that's a paint chip or its actually a design.
I've open up my copy and look at it real hard, I mean really hard.
I did find "a few" and not just those you guys mentioned, spreading around the cover.
And I look at it over and over again, it could be the rain drop design, which the rain drop design hitting on the broken cowl.
This is definitely not the fault of the retailer, as we have been hitting with lots of manufacturing defects recently from the releases.
I would suspect that the factory mold that are having the issue.
Most of the ASEAN releases are coming from Hong Kong, I know Hong Kong production line had this issue all along. Just look at blufan releases, how many of them are getting perfect production.
If you understand steel pressing, it's very difficult to maintain the mold.(not sure if this is the correct spelling) each pressing may leave some residue on the mold and one single tiny chip may cause the whole production to be redo.
I'm not related to any retailer or manufacturer but looking at the issues, we should instead going on the root cause rather than the retailer.
Yes, the retailer may feel some pressure from you guys and they would scrambled to try and assist what ever they can. Within their means of definitely.
They would feedback to the studio or manufacturer and its all depends on the studio if they are willing to take the issue up or not.
I understand how you guys feels about getting "defective" goods but I do find manufacturing defects is something that always happens. If there are defects during production, the whole batch would be affected, you won't find a perfect one. The one that you found and so call perfect may be just the defect is minimal and visibility is low.
Just me 2 cents after reading 2 pages of posting. I may be wrong or drunk.

Don't :shoot: me.
