Remainder stock from Warner warehouses?
I hate to imagine what the print run was for the UK if HMV's still have an abundance of these left.
I'm passing on this one. Don't like the artwork. Doesn't match the Batman Begins and Dark Knight releases. Poor.
i dont understand this one... the others ones i get with the re-releases and popularity and etc etc etc, but this JUST came out and was a global release with bb edition being the only different content 
I would think so, as it's the exact same steelbook and Zavvi bought a lot of excess Play stock.
I could be mistaken, but I suspect they probably held off putting this one up because they knew the other Batman releases were on the way from Warner.

Warner Bros have definitely missed a trick by not making this steelbook white to match Begins and TDK (which I don't own). I would've been all over them if all three Batman steels were the same style, but I don't see the point in getting the other two if there's no third to go with them.
I can't believe this. this just came out a few months ago and now we are seeing more regurgitated steels. It's sad really because like I'm seeing, the companies are slowly turning off real collectors by not using new art.
Considering the number of copies of TDKR I've seen in various Best Buy stores around Southern California, I'd be a little sceptical of the 're-release' tag. If I had thought these were in any way difficult to get your hands on I would have brought some back to England with me! However, as we've seen the US and Canada are about to re-release all those Warner steels, is it any surprise?
These are showing up on sainsburys now. No price yet but this will be interesting to see. Should have the price up soon

Well, the good thing is, that's just saved me £15, as I already got it when HMV had it in store.

FYI information, I don't own any of the white BB and TDKR steels - I didn't import the JP and Korea ones, and I didn't get any of the CA ones. So I've got none of them to my collection.
What I'm after is uniformity of design across the board... I wouldn't have minded if they even released the CA designs to compliment this one, but nope... They had to go cock-eyed about it.
I guess as a collector, you don't really care much about how it's printed or the the print run.... just that it's in a SB format?
Thank god we have Wreck here that works tirelessly for the collectors.
