Why did you re order at a higher price when you had a different order at a cheaper price

In your case Zavvi did not increase your original order of £19.99
If you had not cancelled your original order it would have still been £19.99

i will start again when i first ordered it it was 19.99 about a week later
zavvi upped the price to 22.99 even after i had ordered it and adjusted the price in my account aswell,
which i was very unhappy about,
so it was then sitting in my account at 22.99 yea.
then zavvi relaunched the site i then cancelled the 22.99 and re-ordered,
if you would of followed our convo from the start you would of seen this..
 
The price increase is nothing new. Kimchi, Nova etc all increase the price few days after the launch date though they make it known beforehand. But this is hardly surprising when big retailers like Amazon have been fluctuating prices on a daily basis.

You must be thinking of another title, this has always been £22.99.

Didn't know about the French steelbook (€14.99? Sweet!), and I prefer that artwork to Zavvi's, which is basically the same but with Denzel moved to the left and with blood splattered all over because why not (it seems people here are happy with blood spatters - Zavvi's Sin City 2 and now this, I dislike both - I had ordered The Equalizer back when Facebook people had to pick the art).

But I ordered Zavvi's Equalizer steelbook as part of an offer with discounts, two items have already been received, so I guess I'm screwed and I can't cancel it, right? :( :hurting:

Yes you can; just go via the "Query" route and the cancellation options from the select lists will be obvious :thumbs:

No, don't try go via the Cancel route, it doesn't work (not even when you've simply bought stuff via "View all steelbooks" :wtf:). Create a Query :)

Will this work? (I didn't sent it yet, I don't want to screw up my chance of cancelling it - it's my first time doing that)

I picked "i want to cancel my entire order" even though I already received two steelbooks, is that okay? (Technically, I want to cancel the remainder of the order (3 steelbooks), so the option "cancel an item from my order" doesn't apply)

When clicking on either of the three "cancel item(s) online" boxes, it only takes me back to that page, so as you say, the query is my only option.

I realize there is no need to write text in the box :D, I'll just delete it before clicking on step 3, "send an online message". Is it how it's done? Thanks for your help :).

That route has always worked for me when I've needed to cancel something that the online system doesn't let me cancel myself :thumbs:

They will do it for you, although you always get back the standard message "Did you know you can try to cancel an order yourself online?" Well, no, I really can't :)

And I also usually write a short message in the text box, too, just to confirm the selected items for cancellation.

I sent my query after reading your edited message and Paul's message, I had deleted the short message I originally intended to write :D, so I just went back to my "message centre", went to "in progress messages" and wrote a little something in the box at the bottom (above where you can add pictures if you want) saying that I want Let Me In, Bured and The Equalizer to be cancelled. It should do the trick.

Although my main concern is about what Paul is saying:

In your case, selecting each of the individual items ("I want to cancel an item from my order" - works for multiple items, just select all items that you want to cancel) would've been exactly the same as "I want to cancel my entire order" as you wanted to cancel everything that wasn't shipped yet.
