Well we keep finding more and more fans, garlad you are just adding to the group. So let's keep all football related content in this thread since we are small group of fans who actually follow we can't make threads that only one person will reply. Anyways Scott, Baliey, Dattebayo and myself all follow pro football. The same people in addition to Bravesfan and jrocca have/play FIFA09.

To answer your question from the other thread, yes I do follow. I don't have a particular team in the EPL, but I enjoy watching the games. However I am liking Liverpool this year, I think if they don't win it now they won't in a long time! they are finally reaching that talent threshold and it's their time! Torres is in a fantastic level and Benitez is having no issues with players so what else can I say? ManU is finally losing grip. Chelsea is a mess I think, they keep buying players and more players that bring a huge ego and that's why the teams is so inconsistent! the egos that team has will not let them find their rhythm. Arsenal has a relatively young team that will only get better and I keep reading everywhere that they might lose Fabregas this next summer....

I used to watch plenty of the Spanish league, but I lost GolTV which used to show all the games every weekend. Fox Sports channel now shows the EPL and the Serie A Italian league which is not bad, but not the same.

I've gone with Justin Rose and Phil mickleson also, both each way bets, both I think will be in with a great chance ,

You have any bets on copa america?

Yeah rose in great form but think his short game may let him down , gotta have a brill short game on this course , need to do my homework and pick another 2

Yeah had £25 on aguero top scorer , but for every goal he scores u get a free £5 bet , so had one already

Raheem Sterling £50m :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:, Stoke City paid £3m for Bojan Krkic, that's how it's done:D:cigar:.....

50m is so over the top for a player who played well for 4 months , liverpool overprice all there players then offer disrespectful offers to other teams for their players , if sterling is 50mill for playing well for 4 months , i cant wait to see what john stones is worth
if i where southampton id wait to see if they sell sterling for 50 then demand more for clyne

Man U land in a pretty favorable group avoiding the strongest pot 1 teams. Group D seems to be the group of death

No problems buddy .
Maybe I can organise one next year for everyone .
Who do u follow in the soccer mate?

In the EPL, I quite like Arsenal. Also have a fondness for Spurs, Villa and Everton.
In La Liga, Barcelona ( ultimate love  ) since the days of Romario.
In Italy, Roma and Juventus are really the teams I like, and in Germany, Bayern with all the Barca imports

Would have loved to see him spend more time in Europe as I dont watch MLS. He seemed to have all the tools to be successful at Everton under David Moyes. I prefer the competitiveness of the major European leagues as the MLS has no relegation as other major sports in the US

Its getting more recognition due to the influx of former stars as they get close to retirement.

Back to the CL, Arsenal should be fine in their group if they take care of the other teams. Their main problem for yrs has been the lack of a finisher infront of goal. Since the departure of Henry, non has adorned the gunners jersey. The team is much better defensively but need finisher to partner Giroud
