I paid 27th November. So not a year just yet. But I won’t be surprised if it gets close to that month before any of us have this in hand.
It’s only July now but soon to be August. This year Is going fast

Was the first and last time I pre-ordered something from them...this release strategy is just ridiculous.

The manufacturing should always come before the pre-order phase.

they did the same kind of post on fb a month before shipping JOKER, so I guess shipping will start in a month for the goonies?
They should, because if the titans of cult edition is released before theirs, they will presumably get several cancellations

They are not in the same league at all IMO

Well look at Nova for example. You get real pics of the finished product even before pre-order starts.
Sure sometimes it happens but overall no one has products done before preorder

That never happens anywhere in the premium steelbook game

Only time I think this has happened is weet with the amazing Spider-Man’s and it looks the same with the maguire Spider-Mans When you look at the release date from pre order. That’s rare though

they are usually samples. The retailer receives tin proofs and samples of steels and slips. The lentis too which they then stick on to the slips. Only a few show pics before pre order like weet and nova

It was over 17 months ago that we paid for Batman & Batman Returns… that doesn’t even get mentioned any more by Cine-Museum

i have no idea why this company jumps out of order for their releases. You would think Batman would be next after Joker but I have no idea.

Not too long before I can use this gif without any sarcasm or tongue-in-cheek. I keep trying to tell myself not to worry about this release and hopefully it will just randomly turn up one day. The main question is when, but even CM don't seem to know.

Animated GIF

Side note, I bought the 4k amaray last week on ebay and watched it over the weekend. The PQ is excellent.

this does not surprise me at all, thats why i didnt pre order, i was certain something like this could happen considering theire history.. plus the pandemic ..

If you ask them to cancel a pre-order after 6 months (6 months that you have allowed them to finish a job that should be started before announcing the sale), they will keep 10% of the payment plus PayPal fees.

Let's remember, editions announced for Christmas 2020 ...

Plus you are not covered any longer by PayPal after 180 days.

Worst retailer. Kept 10% of the money. Wonder if they said so before.

It's in their T&Cs:

The pre-order service applies to all products offered to the public before the actual availability of the product itself.
When ordering, an indicative release date is communicated.
Due to the complexity of the products and the changing market conditions and other external factors, we invite customers to consider that the proposed dates may be subject to change if there is a need to anticipate or postpone the release of a particular title.

The preorder does not expire in time and will be valid until the customer does not expressly request cancellation by email to the service department: [email protected]
OTHER FORMS OF COMMUNICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED:
- Facebook Chat
- Whatsapp
- Telephone
- email to different address

Right of withdrawal:

PREORDER SERVICE IS NOT FREE.
When the customer decides to purchase a product in preorder, will be bound to the purchase unless otherwise decided by the staff.
In case of cancellation confirmation, the commission applied is 10% of the final amount (VAT included) + 4% Paypal commission if the cancellation request is made after 60 days from the date of payment.
Cine-Museum reserves the right to evaluate individual cases for the application of preorder costs.
