I appreciate that this will look better than the DVD and for me that's a good enough reason to buy this other than it being a Steelbook. I can see where others are coming from though. Is it too much to ask for the studio to give us the best possible quality they can for a brand new catalogue release of a film usually regarded as a classic?

Fair comment , I guess the studios must have been on here and gathered most don't even open their copies so didn't bother,.

Well I was going to cancel this earlier from sainsburys and re order with amazon instead due to packaging however sainsburys site was under maintenance so couldn't...... In the meantime it's been shipped from sainsburys so will wait and see how it arrives now. Am I correct in thinking they have better steelbook packaging now?
