My order status still shows as OOS. I contacted HMV recently and overall said they're going to exhaust all options to locate stock. But that's good news my friend, there's still hope.

Oh right :/ yeah that's pretty much what they said to me when I called. It's funny I was actually going to call again tomorrow to ask for a refund as I assumed there was no chance.

Yeah I'm pretty much expecting it to be tbh but the only other alternative for me would be to pay £40+ on eBay which I wasn't prepared to do

I'll post a pick up of my Copy later as it should arrive today

It's just arrived !. No damage to the steel and I really can't tell if it's got the alignment issue. What do you guys think ?

Either way I'm very happy with it

It seems to be slightly misaligned upward, like mine. I also made the choice to keep my copy instead of buying more expensive on ebay with no guarantee it to be perfect.

If that's what all the fuss was about then I don't see why it was that much of a big deal haha.

If nobody had mentioned it I wouldn't of even thought anything was wrong with it.

Maybe there was different degrees to the severeness of the issue on different steels as I'm pretty ocd but my copy causes me know worries

Also someone is selling one for something stupid like £95 ! on Ebay at the moment, how can anybody justify asking for that amount when they paid £20 for it like 2 weeks ago

I'm surprised hmv are not just sticking any spare copies on eBay and making a hell of a lot more money

That's pretty much how misaligned mine is too, it bothers me 0%
