Ush,
I think this will come back in stock at Kimchi. They have a habit of trickling the stock through.
Just need to keep checking and especially through the night that's when they seem to add more but limited amounts. ;)

Do you know how much Kimchi usually charges for shipping?

It depends on the weight of the package. I think if its just one steelbook and plus this 3D Version will be quite heavy it could be between (£15.00 - £19.00) I think.
I usually pay £12.00 with EMS, thats only one steelbook though including packing.

;)

Part of the reason why I bought it from that ebay seller was his shipping charges. $8 to ship a steel from Korea to Canada? sounds real good to me since it coast me $18 to ship to Europe, never mind Asia. At 15 quid, that translate to $25 U.S each, very hard to buy bulk at those shipping prices. I wouldn't worry about this being back in stock bud. I'll almost guarantee this will be back in stock. In stock, out of stock, in, out, in, out. Can't say for sure, but this would be a good way of making something seem very limited to me.

femcmh usually sells close to 20-30 steels for the newer Korean releases (Skyfall sold 30 and Life of Pi sold 20), so I am hoping he will relist with more in stock.

I think it's genuinely quite limited (as are most Korean releases). It would make no sense for K2DVD to apply quantity restrictions if they had easy access to more stock. My guess would be a print run size similar to Life of Pi (reportedly 1000 copies), which is still pretty small by European/US standards.

I'm surprised the 2D-version is still available. Is 3D really that interesting to people or is it the Gandalf-design that does it?

I knew there was a good reason for being awake at 3am (UK) - currently in stock at K2

Do you know when they charge pre-orders ? And about shipping, do I have to leave a comment ? I don't know if I must choose "Small packets" or "EMS", "Send original invoice" or "mark as a gift".

I want a copy, but I never ordered on K2DVD :(
