I've just checked on my ems tracking & it said that there was an unsuccessful delivery reason payment of charges & notice left.......but there is no notice. Will this go to my local sorting office? Who does it normally get delivered through?

The 'unsuccessful delivery' notice is incorrect. It's at your local Parcelforce depot, and they won't attempt delivery until they've sent you a letter asking for payment of charges. Go to Parcelforce.com and enter your EMS tracking number and you'll be able to get detailed tracking info from there.

Just rang Parcelforce & they said the customs charge is £26 Are they taking the piss or what? Normally they put a $25.99 invoice to say that's what the steel cost so how on earth did they work out that charge for 1 steelbook

Did you order from Kimchi??? I noticed on my last one the invoice inside of the package said $125.99 or near enough. I asked for a lower amount but they must have forgotten to do it.

Going forward, ask them to mark as $20 in both customs form + original invoice.
