LOL. We are all weirdos, right? I will try to pretend I'm normal and not going to the City to get lower number! #3636 is a beautiful number.

TC has vanished mate. I haven't heard from him for ages. I hope his OK. Gonna email him :)

Take it back to your local JB and get a lower number. I spent 30 minutes trying to find a "nice" number yesterday :)

Damn good idea, I just hope there are some nice numbers (less than 10000) at my local JB.

I still can't figure out how 25000 is limited, they would have better off not even putting a sticker on.

Does anyone live in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, that knows of any store that has any range lower that 5605, which is the lowest i have found in the Dandenong store. Tried Chadstone and the lowest they had was 16100 something.

Called the Knox store and they couldn't be bothered looking, said it was too hard, typical.

Thought i would put the call out and try my luck, otherwise, mima2005, would you be willing to grab me couple of the low numbered copies you found?

Thanks

How many are you after? most of them are numbered in the 200s and 300s.
I only saw one that is numbered below 100.

I am going to drop by the store later and check again.

Send me a PM :)

My local ranges were 12k-15k, and judging by the numbers on this thread, it seems silly to be numbering them. Although, I do like the additional art cards.

On another note, to the person who mentioned the Aus editions of steelbooks generally being limited: I remember when someone mentioned that Skyfall would be very limited but everwhere I go, I can't shake the copies of that damn steelbook. Every JB store is littered with them!

Same goes for Taken 2, i thought that would go quick too, but no. Although Firefly seems to have disappeared from the stores i went to today.

With big title like iron man 2, 30k print run in the USA would took them almost a year to sell out. The distributor down under have a huge ambitions, I won't surprise if the next sequel is out and this still not sell out. Unless something is done to this release, else no hurry in getting a copy.

All the stores I've been to in the last few days still have Firefly. I think it's too expensive for the demographic in the vicinity of my local JB, although I've seen it in the CBD, too!
