Really like the artwork zavvi have up for it with the purple border. and I like how it is matching Hercules and mulan in that look. Shame they all didn't follow that style but oh well, its lovely

I think the border works better on this one than it does on Hercules and Mulan, probably because it doesn't extend to the back. I just wish there was more consistency with these Disney releases. A collection of full gloss Steelbooks with proper artwork front and back, no borders and no stupid embossing would have been absolutely awesome.

Meh, I am little disappointed with the artwork. It's not bad but I expected something better. I'm not too fond with front having a border with purple coloured background, and backside having a picture covering the whole area. At least in this steelbook, the colour tone of backside is also purple so it is a good match with frontside, unlike with Aristocats, where the colour tone is completely different on both sides. Inside artwork could be better though.

I would have liked gold toned colour with this steelbook, but I guess purple could look nice aswell. Will have to wait to see how it looks in hand. Purple does fit for the movie though.

Would have liked to see a picture of notre dame for backside art or inside.

Artwork is better than Hercules' and Mulan's, but still not great, IMO.

I don't like the borders that became a default on them either, but at least Hunchback's has a color that "matchs the movie", I'd say, opposite to the other two I mentioned.

actually my 2nd favorite (after Beauty and the Beast). This film does not get the love it deserves. Probably one of the most adult of their animated features. (And my favorite soundtrack BTW)

You echo my sentiments exactly. i think this would have been better without the border and that back image you suggested would have been perfect. The back image is not bad, just not as good as it could've been. Still an easy buy for me.
