übergabe ...so it must be the customs duty office, but I always get the messages within 2 days, because the customs duty office is ~15 minutes away from me (with car) ...6 days and no message is really strange ...maybe tomorrow.

I would definitively call them - maybe notification was lost in the mail or delivery is late.

Customs will only hold it for 14 days - but I guess you know this.

I called them today and the guy I was talking to was totally retarded and had no clue (new employee?). he told me to wait 1 more day and if I dont get the notification today, then I have to call them again.

They are retarded . Thankfully I didn't have to pick up anything from customs lately. And postman even doesn't bother anymore to ring the bell, just leaves a pick-up notification.

My order get lost. I called the customs duty office today (they got the package on June 20) and they told me that the package was transfered to Deutsche Post (German Post), so I called them and they told me that they dont have the package. They gave me the German tracking number, so I went to the post office, but they also dont have the package.

I sent an email to kimchiDVD, let's see if they can do something.
