Received today. Looks dull except for the embossing. Finishing is going down the drain gradually whilst the price going up.

1. Roger Rabbit
2. Aladdin
3. Jungle book.

maybe theyre just thinking about whats fits the steelbook best... gloss is definitely not the best choice everytime

Gloss is indeed the best choice to me mate. It is like love at first sight to many.;) To me the border is something that is debatable

This is a missed opportunity IMO as the back is almost empty and the foliage looks very very murky and dull like a low resolution picture.

This is nowhere in the same league as WFRR in terms of finishing and price.

Have been having issues with Zavvi. They are telling me that the card I used has issues, but this was corrected with my bank. I have sent them an email explaining this and they told me to click on the prompts to fix this. I had explained this was already done in the original email I had sent them. I responded to the last email they sent me and told them they need to read the complete email before responding and that the rumors I had heard about their terrible customer service were being proven in the lack of assistance I have received.....Had to vent, this is really starting to piss me off...

Ring them. Works better. I had an issue with them months ago and I rang them. Worked out better. Face to face for want of a better word gets quicker results when they can't hide behind an email then. You then have someone real whom you can quote if there are further problems. I always go into James Robertson Justice mode if all else fails.

If I wasn't in the US, I would call them, but the cost of the call is not worth the hassle and then I might as well just cancel the order and replace it as the call will cost more than the discount I received....

Disappointed that it won't play in the US!

Will probably get mine next week. Fingers crossed! Hoping for no spine slashes.

mine seems mint, maybe lucky all my zavvis are singles from now on, so i am due a mashed 1, would touch wood, but rather just touch nautius maximus and his aura of greatness:p

On my order status update email there is a phone numberEEK!

Its..... 0844 264 0702

Hope its of use
calls are 5p per minute from a BT landline (charges from other providers may vary).
Not for me in Ireland to call that number its premium phone call when you call from Rep Of Ireland
Facebook is best to contact zavvi by private message
I had them before call me if you ask for it depending on what problem your having of course and they did call me
When you use there message about an order using zavvi account section your replies will be a automated reply
With Facebook you get a personal reply that's not a automated reply and a name to contact

Phoning is always best as they can't fob you off or ignore you. Always remember to be polite but assertive. Don't get nasty or rude. It's actually an offense and you can be arrested or charged with public disorder. Yep that's right.
