I must say the completed reserve list was much longer than that which I counted up on.

If the collectible numbers via FA direct are as high as 250, which I imagine they are, then that leaves the rest of the GBs reserve lists as mentioned in FAs' FB page before the open GB here.
As the other regular GBs are much smaller than Karel's then I imagine the open Gb here will number no more than 20 copies. But it is open to speculation.

Reminded me of the HDzeta the martian disaster.
I guess it doesn't really matter, when only selected members get the chance to purchase one of these

There were 200 replies to that conversation and only a handful of them were "no", so the list posted at the opening of the GB definitely added up with what I'd seen.

Yes, It was actually due at 7pm Uk 8pm CET, Mod did say he would open it in 10 minutes well after that, but actually jumped the gun.
I was supposed to be on my way to football, but hung back to make sure the reserve list was as it should be.

It's not really a case of selected members as such, but FA, have, I feel instigated a beginning of weeding out of the scalpers in our midst, which can't be a bad thing.
And, of course, FA did say in the first place that it was a "Loyalty Reward" and thus based on your FAC purchasing history, and other associated factors.
It is quite lucky really that there was any GB here at all, as FA did say there would not be any free sales.

Yes, I didn't go through the thread, but went through the list that appeared at the side, and simply counted those which were not struck through.
As it happens, that was very far from accurate, and I can only apologize if I gave anyone going into the Gb a sense of false hope that there may be more available than they might have otherwise imagined.

the strikeout just means they left the convo. The total PM was sent to like 215 people and i would guess only about 15 said no

You are correct sir We did add some, a separate message to mods went before it was sent to others. They were all really helpful with the whole process so we thought they should have the opportunity to be asked first.

We were really lucky that we could run a GB, even a smaller one but at least it will give a chance for some other FAC fans we couldnt add to the PM.

We here at HDN are very fortunate to be having these GBs. Well, you guys can't please everyone no matter how hard you try. We, as collectors, should learn that we can't have everything in life. If given the opportunity, we must always be thankful.

Number not available means the members collectible number they been getting with their previous Film Arena group buy releases is not available and they will get a random number from what is available instead

Some members will get their existing collectible number because it is available and the others that won't get their collectible number will get a random number picked instead of their previous number

That is why GB list has will get a random pick of a number beside some members names

From what has been asked posted from verious places about this relise the people who buy direct or from regular GB's across ALL hoasts Across ALL Forums and over seas retailers .

SOME have cast in stone garenteed numbers .

Others like me are glad to just get thire grubby mitts on a copy have to take the numbers that are left .

Personally I never get stressed over numbers or shrink wrap issues ALWAYS Happy with what I get .

i am at a loss for words as to how i missed out on this. Im a long time core collector of FA, i was never sent a PM, or an email. I inquired before the GB via pm and was told to sign up in the gb. i was here logged in and commenting for more than 30 min when the gb was to be live and it wasnt. i set my phone down for a few min and came back to the thread to find that moments later... the gb was opened very late and immediately filled up. as a longstanding member here and paid up collector of FA, I don't think that was fair in the slightest. i am a positive contributer here but sorry to say that left a bad taste.
