You're just noticing now? It's been like that for over 20 years on every Extended edition:

fellowship & ring have the same size in the original font. it seems blufans f#cked it up.

There's two types of official titles, one for Theatrical versions, and the other for Extended cuts. This one is for extended.

It's fine on that version. Same height as Fellowship. The BF/WWA steelbook version is the one we're talking about here.

I wasn't going to go for this as I have the DL Hdezeta set, but am getting tempted. Might sell one trilogy from the Blufans OC set and slip in the HDZeta trilogy...

Keep in mind hdz slips are fatter than blufans. You'll also need to remove the extra content folder from the OC for them to fit.

It was just an early mockup error. Nothing to do with the delay.

That looks real nice tbf. I know it's essentially the same image as the hdz steel, which irked me, but I prefer the distressed look of the blufans. Great rear art on this one as well.
