It's like this is everybody's first steelbook. 
The photo quality is bad and the colours are obviously off because of that. As always with these first photos, relax.
And the first to actually receive them will use their 20-year old potato camera to take a picture of it as well. Just so you're already prepared.
In short: these will look absolutely stunning in hand.

My positive thoughts for today: I don't think the pictures are reflective of what it will end up in hand looking likeJeez, those colours washed out or what??

didnt order it myself as i got the hdzeta set. Still like the title placement more and especialy the white in the middle it creates more contrast. No losers here only winners. Blufans is fantastic so is hdzeta

Last I heard they were just pushed back a month each, so Aug, Sept, Oct, shipping instead of the original July, Aug and Sept (we still have the rest of the week to meet the Aug shipment…)

There is no preorder for TTT, or ROTK. If you purchased FOTR, you purchased them all. You'll be invoiced for the others as and when, if you haven't already.
Sorry that's what I was alluding to, when are we going to have to pay for the others. I certainly haven't been invoiced yet, not sure about anyone else, so I was wondering if it happens individually, i.e. is it after we receive FOTR then we get invoiced for TT only, and the same for ROTK once we receive TT? Or just what is the plan for payments? My wallet will not be happy if it coincides with The Dark Knight Rises and I want to be prepared.

It'll differ with various GBs, there isn't a standardised set date as such. If you purchased here, I suggest you pm @Wreck and ask the question.

You know I always compare what art was already used where, and how I have this and that for decades in a DVD digipack or something, but if one abstracts from all that, I think this will be a single best edition that you could ever need!
