Annoying as my order still says its being dispatched on the 15th May :|

With Zavvi never go by what your order estimated date is listed as they don't update your order estimated dispatch date when a release date changes

With Zavvi only go by the release date listed on the website listing and keep a regular look at the website for any changes to release dates as they can change a few times
Your estimate dispatch date will be at most time the week before or on or just after release date

Zavvi don't have the same system like Amazon were they automatically update the release date in your order details

The Losers I can totally see coming back. It is one of those titles and everybody snaps up and then changes their mind closer to release, then Zavvi brings back the cancellations. Sit tight- I would bet on that not only coming back- but being able to get it at a cut rate price.

Same thing happened with Austin Powers, Cinderella... Everyone pre orders then changes their minds later and then- Boom- back in stock. Of course you have to be ready for that- and keep your eyes open, and watch the site and the HDN threads for news...

With only 2,000 copies, I wouldn't expect too many to come back in stock. However, with that low amount, I would expect this to also turn up in another country at some point. So you might be able to get that version.

I think StudioCanal only the hold the UK rights, so if it does turn up elsewhere, it'll be by a different distributor and with probably different artwork.

I'd rather it was Warner, it is a DC Comics title after all and it doesn't feel right not having their logo on the spine. As much as I love the UK Paramount release for Watchmen, it should be sitting near Batman Begins and Man of Steel (I keep my Blu-rays in company order), not near Star Trek and Mission: Impossible. I also have The Incredible Hulk with the Universal releases in-between Hulk and Jaws, not with Iron Man and Captain America.

There was a comment in the Entertainment One (EOne) - SteelBook Poll - new products [UK] thread by @eonedirect :

2k runs are from China and a) very expensive to produce b) you have to commit to 4 titles and c) it takes longer to produce and deliver.

Sounds like many of these Zavvi 2k runs could be strictly 2k runs from Scanavo China.

Sorry I just assumed being a 2k run with Zavvi, I just assumed the other 2k would pop up somewhere else.

You've hit the nail on the head, and I bet that's why that confirmation that CHINA is making the 2k print runs got removed, as it's going to scare people into avoiding such runs and especially Studiocanal releases.
