I had this problem with the JP III steelbook, 3rd time lucky for me, there are some damaged and defective ones around, I find sometimes my luck is not in with a certain title. It's a good thing these remained in stock, the other releases helped to ensure they did. With releases that may sell out your better off ordering a replacement yourself, Zavvi don't care if it goes out of stock they just went to sell them, they don't care about keeping a certain amount for replacements.

I just ordered it again myself and asked for a refund the second time around, I held on to the return, I was ready to switch the front around if I needed to, not hard to do once you practice on a steelbook, preferably one that is damaged.
