IMO the artwork is a cracker...If embossed, it will be stunning

As a whole, the art is nice just I think Jack's face is too cartoon like. It looks nothing like him

This release is one of the ones I'm most excited about believe it or not. I love the film. However, I'm thinking about cancelling as it doesn't look like its going to sell out and I don't want a repeat of history of it dropping to a tenner with another film What to do? what to do?

Could go either way. Collectors might not snap it up, but I'm sure a lot of Xmas shoppers will buy it for the sake of Xmas time...

Sorry that I had to take someone elses photo that I found online. But am I the only one who thinks the cartoon look of jack ruins the steelbook? I'd love it if the picture of jack sticking out into the border was the same image as the image of jack used on the back of the original steelbook.

It's a shame this will probably be matte as the front looks like a candidate for multiple levels of embossing. A glossy finish just like WFRR would have been perfect.

It does. Hopefully the actual image on the steelbook will look much better. The Best Buy edition would be flawless without that border.

A premade frame/ border means this would look good with an embossed frame. It just depends what should be embossed. Jack, the swirls or the title? I can't decide what would look best. I just hope it's embossed. The red and black could really use it. The same goes for wreck it ralph. More aladdin less jungle book please.

I like the look of this but I prefer it if there were some more Xmas-themes steelbooks like the USA are doing, perhaps Miracle On 34th Street would be good - my favourite Xmas classic film!

I hope not as the raised border wouldn't match the black border will be similar to the rocketeer steelbook and will look a mess, I hope they deboss the white background so the head will look raised.

That amount of embossing/debossing isn't possible as it would weaken the metal too much
