So, we have the "Fake" and "Steelbook Price Drop" thread, but we don't yet have the thread where you post listings with "crazy" prices for Steelbooks. If you see any, post them here and have fun debating. As per forum rules, please remain respectful with each other-one person's "high price", could be another's "deal of a lifetime" score. Enjoy! :scat:

Please keep discussion to Ebay and other retailers, not private sellers.

Not sure why this seller is using the word steelbook in the title not worth that asking price

That kind of **** pisses me off. They are doing that on purpose. I suppose if I wanted to sell a steelbook and have it listed under toilets I could say Not a toilet and it would show up in the search for toilets. They are abusing the system.

He's obviously using it to get views. A lot of us will see it while looking for Steelbooks, and he's bound to find someone willing to pay sooner or later.

Which is against ebays rules and is unethical.

Never said it wasn't. Just saying what his motives were.

Its called keyword spamming. Any member of ebay is allowed to report an auction they think violates ebay policy.

Just fyi.

70$ ?????????? EEK!
I get them at 35$ in store??? Add up the box&fees, we're still far from 2x the retail price...

There are some hardcore slip collectors in Europe / the Uk that will pay that - buy it now auctions favor the impulse buy.
