So, we have the "Fake" and "Steelbook Price Drop" thread, but we don't yet have the thread where you post listings with "crazy" prices for Steelbooks. If you see any, post them here and have fun debating. As per forum rules, please remain respectful with each other-one person's "high price", could be another's "deal of a lifetime" score. Enjoy! :scat:

Please keep discussion to Ebay and other retailers, not private sellers.

I thought you were selling out for good.

When a rare beautiful steel comes along, hard to let it pass. I was in the elite squad gb a while back but it wasn't 100% and then got cancelled, then stepped away from the site for awhile and missed out on this. You have an extra copy?

I was lucky to get in for 1. No spares for me.

Yeah but will there be a bid

Ahhh I catch your drift now, lol. Only time will tell I guess. If I had to guess eventually someone will bid and buy it. Maybe not on this try or perhaps the next but eventually.

Someone out there with deep pockets will want to own a steel limited to just 1 copy.

Yeah. I don't doubt it's legitimacy. Good luck to the seller.

I dunno, chamFM is it worth $40? :hilarious:

I take it FM wants to get rid of it now!

Yep. I am getting rid of certain steelbooks. I am at a crossroad.

I sold one copy of this item on eBay recently and the winner bought it for US$41. I sent the loser a second chance offer at US$40. I am not sure how I managed to list one with a BIN of US$40. It is a mistake. Thanks for telling me. I am going to remove this listing now.

I intend to unload a lot of steels in the coming weeks on eBay and elsewhere. Whether they are worth the price I will ask for or not is for all of you to judge and discuss amongst yourselves. I certainly do not expect to have Sunny call me to explain my prices here. But then, that is sunny, as always......

Person that goes by the name racer in Germany is clearly shill bidding. 100% bid activity and bid retractions for one of the bidders.

If that isnt clear I dont know what is.

This goes on a hell of a lot.

Before I even bid on an item, I check every single bid to make sure there are no shill bids. They are so easy to spot.

It's a shame Ebay still do nothing about this and other bidders do not check this.
