So just decided to redeem my points and see how many i actually had. I dont buy many disney/pixar films, i got to 900 and remembered pirates of the caribbean was disney, entering the code for 400 points doesnt work, typical. Sent them a message hopefully they will sort it for me. Im hoping to get a copy of monsters inc, didnt realise it went out of stock and need it to sit next to monsters uni.

I love the way A Bugs Life and the Incredibles looked… I honestly thought the last two would be the best so far, but I can't say I'm impressed, more so by WALL-E, than Ratatouile - I think it that one is glossy and embossed, it could look nice, but I know I'm one of the selected few that think that, but I have to admit, it's nowhere near as nice as Incredibles and A Bugs Life… I'm just happy that my girlfriend has the full set now though.

Too many are coming out on the 18th... I've preordered all of them but will have to cancel two out of the three because I can't afford all of that in one week as a student!

I really wish the Disney / Pixar collections were a monthly thing. 1 Release from each collection per month, would make it easier on the bank balance and make it seem a bit more special

oh well, I'm officially done with these foursome or more releases after this. Unless they start up the Disney Animated Classics again which I doubt, I'll be sticking to the occasional steelbook and be choosey to what I want to preorder as to blindly order something because I like it or fears of OOP.

Well no more Zavvi. Just finish my Pixar collection and I'll happily semi-retire from Steelbook purchases....

That's a very big possibility as they have announced they are doing a new series of back to the future films so when the first new film hits the cinemas you can expect the film studio to cash in on the previous films

So the whole Pixar set is now released, besides Monsters University I think they look pretty great together. I do hope Zavvi release Cars 2, as the HMV one is pretty bad, but at this point, it looks complete enough. Now move onto the Disney Collection Zavvi!!

Almost certain they'll give the Pixar Shorts volumes a steel each, what with Disney UK starting on the live action steels and resuming the Animated Classics.

And don't forget, we still have a new Pixar movie out soon as well...

We'd all like them together in 1 Steelbook but considering how money hungry Zavvi/Disney are, they'd most likely expect us to pay £20 for each one then for both. :/

Because that was the dates spanning the two volumes that have actually been released so far. Volume 3 being included would be nice if there was one.

Apart from the certificates on the spine, I think Cars 2 looks okay. It certainly matches better than MU does so I don't think it really needs another one.

That said, Zavvi might as well (and probably will) go for it, I'm just not their target purchaser on this occasion.
