I'm not too keen on the art. It looks good, but Jock-art wins any day of the week. What will win these suckers over will be the slipcovers/slipboxes that The Blu Collection puts together... and those guys definitely know how to put together a gorgeous slipcover/slipbox.

I think this Steelbook has some potential. With nice matte / gloss mix + some well thought out embossing, it could look really great. (Not to mention a nice slipcase to bring it all together).

Hard to judge a Steelbook by its art teasers--learned that after snubbing the Nightcrawler art and then seeing what a great job HMV did on the finish.

Love these movies and I'll more than likely be onboard!

I own the UK versions which I'm happy enough with.

However I am impressed with the Korean designs.
It looks like they have tried to capture the visceral feel of the films rather than using boring old amaray art.

Not bad, but I much prefer the Jock steels at the moment. Will wait to see the full package (with slip etc) before completely making up my mind though.

I have the UK ones, but I've never been a massive fan of the art, which is why I've never got around to opening them.

I'm not sure about these either though, the mockups don't give me enough of an idea about how they will end up, plus there's "the package" to take into account with these. I'm sure the overall package will be great, but I'm not selling the UK ones just yet.

I think they look fantastic plus the finish will be top notch from Kimchi... Never liked the UK steel for The Raid 2 with all that bare metal... I am sure the slips and goodies will be amazing....

@tridon Thanks for the tag buddy! I think they're GREAT! Seeing the Facebook pics this morning definitely gave me a HUGE... smile! You know DAMN well I absolutely LOVE these kick ass films! I just think it's awesome for Kimchi to offer us something different, something unique The artwork of these Steels will look GREAT next to the Play Exclusives! Which by the way, I still need to purchase the 1st one

Now! All I want to know, when's the Release Date?!

Totally agree about UK Raid 2.Hate the artwork on it. French and particularly German version superior. This looks promising though.
