The "Reprint/Re-Release" debate-how do you feel?

first prints are always going to be more favourable, especially as the german re-releases usually have the fsk logo printed on the artwork!! (bad move!!).
on the other hand, it is a good opportunity for people who missed out the first time around, also, the re-releases do usually have some slight difference which helps with differentiating between the original and re-release.

Reprints are inevitable, they will happen.
But the studios could pick different artwork or a theme (like Reel Heroes) and I think most of us would be fine with it.
Just don't take the lazy way out and replicate the original design.

Yes, that one is different. In fact it now uses the DVD artwork. But the inside artwork is now completely different from all the Sherlock Holmes steelbook that haven been released so far. Backcover is still the same as the rest.
