Yes Includes 2D+3D
Looking at Past releases that includes a 3D Disk, GB seem to vary from 53 USD (T3) to 58 USD (Mad Max Lenti B) so around those prices but that includes all fees plus shipping as well. That is if HDzeta does a Direct GB for the release.
If it is done by a GB Host, it will be Higher.
But this is one puppy to own

Not sure I can afford another premium steelbook this year but I'll keep my eye on this one

A Direct Group buy is when for example HDzeta will do a GB and it will be people from HDzeta that will be involved in doing the group buy. Payments are done to them and copies are shipped directly from HDzeta to your Home.
As Opposed to a GB Host (like Karel does His Group Buy for example)
I know it adds up all so quickly

How would hdzeta do a gb direct, would it be via hdn? I'm just wondering if they do a direct gb and send the steels straight to your home why don't they just make it available to buy from their website?
If I was to buy this I would have to sacrifice other pre orders but pretty much everything I've ordered, I want lol. too much stuff coming out, especially this month and the first few weeks in December

Last one that I participated in was ''Mad Max: Fury Road HDzeta'' 
So Beautiful They Opened a Group Buy Thread as Usual and we posted our requests. We were asked to pay the amount required for our copy with the Instructions in the OP of the ''Group Buy Thread'' and after that, copies were Shipped directly from HDzeta to us. Super Fast Shipping and very well packaged Some releases are available from their website and some they sell only through GBs as limited amounts would sell too fast. I don't think MAd MAx was ever sold through their website(even though Mad Max was Gold Label: meaning WEA 2000 to 4000 Print Run approx)... but the GB was Open for a long time.
I don't know about other releases as I only purchased Mad Max, but when they are limited at 300(Silver Label) from what I have seen they keep around 60 copies for the GB.
I had missed the group Buy for ''The Man from U.N.C.L.E.'' and there was NO GB for ''The Martian''(which got people very upset and I think because of that now they are more careful) and they have been on top of doing group buys for HDN both release were Silver Label (Silver Label meaning a package limited to 300 average and using the WWA Steel - just like Kimchi do for their Kimchi CollectionDVD WWA and FAC Fullslip Releases using WWA Steels.).
It seems that more ''Direct Group Buys'' are happening these days as ''The Jungle Book'' from Nova Choice we had the choice to ask for our GB copy to be shipped directly from Nova to us and also the Manta Lab Constantine GB will be a GB thread on HDN but copies will be shipped directly from Manta Lab to us Directly.
I hope I did not confuse you with all this info.

Out of all the releases, this is definitely the one to get... but at a limited 300 print run its gonna be the hardest one to get. I'll keep an eye on it and hopefully manage to get on the gb
