I would like to echo above replies, HDZ should really add bubble-wrap or at least some foam or newspaper to their packaging. It's a movie inside a single envelope inside the shipping box that has plenty of space to jiggle and slide around in. I have been fortunate not having any arrive with damage each time I've ordered from them, but would feel more secure if packaging was more cared for in the future.
Do we need to start a petition so they take this seriously? Seems a simple solution, and would prevent many mishaps and having to send out replacements.

you were lucky coz I needed support from GB host to return mine, packaging was literally destroyed and my item crushed under the enveloppe

That looks like a packing job they should do for their single slips as well, not just the box set. None of the orders I've had arrive included bubble wrap or air cushions. Just the envelope in the box, which I think is their standard packing for everything other than box set editions.

Just got my boxset, it's a beast and I love it! (wish the actual skull/title were debossed on the box itself it would've been ultra awesome but it's all good maybe next time), cheers @n3wk1d and @wxlinkswd

Got my blufans Lego movie on monday. It was at german customs airport since 31.3.
Took them 3+ weeks to deliver it.
I know that it takes some time to get through customs, but usually there is at least an update that it arrived in Germany…
